Expectations:
- No Talking or distractions for you or other students. You might not have work, but others do.
- You must be working or reading at your desk.
- You must be in your assigned seat when the bell rings, during the hour, and at the end.
- Devices may be used, but only for school and classwork purposes.
- No cellphone or headphone use without teacher approval.
Consequences:
- Nonverbal warning/reminder
- Verbal warning/reminder
- Loss of privileges, seating change, loss of device during study hall, and/or detention
- Contact to parent or guardian
Passes:
- I will first honor teacher passes. You must have a pass before study hall begins in order to go to that destination. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- 7th and 8th Grade: No Media Center.
- Bathroom Passes will be issued to a maximum of four minute per time. Those who go over the time limit or who cause problems in the hall will lose pass privileges. Cell phones must be turned in before going to the restroom.
- Grades will be checked weekly. You are responsible for showing me your current grades on your own device. Anyone who is failing a class or missing assignments will not be allowed headphones or use of personal devices during study hall.
